Instagram has taken on the role of being the platform most focused on food, wellness and physical health. Although followed closely by Pinterest, who’s constantly bringing new ideas to the table. Social media can provide us with inspiration as well as motivation to get through those hard days. It’s basically the same principle for food bloggers!

Marie-Ève Laforte is an editor that you can read on “Le Tablier du Dimanche” and “Fraichement Pressé”. Being a mother, she knows exactly how to reach people who have busy schedules, but refuse to let that get in the way of their eating habits. Her easy and creative recipes are inspiration in addition to promoting seasonal products. The thing we love the most about her, is that even if she’s dissatisfied with her recipes, that doesn’t stop her from posting about them anyway!

Hubert Cormier, with multiple cookbooks to his name, will give you excellent culinary tricks. He is constantly suggesting new ingredients and new ways to prepare food and we absolutely love that! Reconnecting with less loved foods to incorporate them into recipes should be part of our daily challenges. In addition, all his articles are illustrated and it’s too nice.
