NGrava attended the 2016 Nutcracker Market and the customers loved the fact that they could personalize their boards on the spot. The website launch coming hand in hand with the market allowed the NGrava team to understand the Quebec market and to dive right into it.
The Nutcracker Market is 70 000 people who show up to encourage local producers and discover a bunch of nice things. They also showed up for a good cause. In fact, each merchant gave away 10% of their profit to the Nutcracker fund. 2 800 kids will benefit from that money as they will be able to attend educative courses workshops and ballet shows. NGrava and 102 other brands attended the market for a straight ten days of Christmas spirit. From November 24th to December 4th, NGrava participated in making this word a better place for the least fortunate. We took advantage of that time to get to meet you guys for the first time.
Every day generated many encounters. Tourists and workers made their way to our booth no matter how busy their day was and their reaction was unanimous: they all loved our wood cutting boards! If you engraved your dog’s picture or the name of a loved one or whether you simply fell for one of our pre-engraved models, you all left the booth with a smile on your faces leaving us with one too!
NGrava is a new small business based in Quebec but that will soon enough make its way into your homes. The personalized boards can be added to your dish collection, used as a decoration or as a service platter. In other words, there’s a board for everyone.
