ELIBIBILITY
Anybody who fills out the contest form “Wine and Wood Pairing – Fête des Vendanges 2017 – Win your NGrava gift basket” on NGrava’s website will automatically be qualified for the contest.
The participant may only submit one (1) entry form throughout the entire contest.
The contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry and no purchase is required.
Employees of NGrava and Adeo Internet Marketing and members of their immediate families are not eligible.
The contest begins on September 2nd, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time and ends on September 10th, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive a large cherry butcher block of 18’’ X 24" X 1 ½" with finger grip, a value of $95.99 and a Wine Box of 8'' X 14'' X 4 ½'', a value of $35.99 with a bottle of wine from a Quebec producer selected at the Fête des Vendanges by the NGrava team, an approximate value of $30.
These prizes cannot be taken in the form of money, nor are they exchangeable. The contest image is for illustrative purpose only and may be different then products won.
One (1) winner for a total value of 162 $.

WINNER SELECTION, DETERMINATION AND NOTIFICATION
The winners will be determined through a random draw conducted by a computer at the Adeo Marketing Internet office in Magog on September 11th, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time from all valid candidates.
The winner’s will be notified by email. Their names will be displayed on the “contest” page of https://www.ngrava.com/customized-engraving/contest-vendanges.aspx as well as on NGrava’s Facebook page.
However, if a potential winner does not respond to the notification within tree (3) business days through an effort deemed reasonable or if an entrant is found ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected. The winner initially selected will be disqualified and will have no recourse against NGrava or any party involved in the contest. If the prize is returned as undeliverable, the winner may be disqualified and another winner may be selected.
GENERAL RULES
NGrava’s return and privacy policy applies.
NGrava reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the contest if a virus, bug or other cause beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, integrity or proper conduct of this contest.
Any attempt at fraud and massive participation or contrary to our regulations will result in the automatic withdrawal forms and we reserve the right to block the IP address of the participant at fault.
Province of Quebec residents may submit any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of this contest to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
